If the lead comes in as an “online request form” from ADB then you know. But what if you get a phone call? How will you know if your ADB investment is paying off? You should get in the habit of asking people who call in how they found you. You should also train your staff to ask this question as well. If you have a preliminary form that is filled out when people call in, then add a line on the form for "referred by." This way you can get an idea of where your advertising dollar is working for you.
We want you to know when you get leads from your listing with ADB - but many times there is no way know unless you ask the person right when they call in. ADB works for you, so make sure you know where the leads come from. Only one call from ADB more than pays for your yearly membership fee. If you don’t know that it is working, you may cancel your listing and not be in the ADB listing when people come looking for you. That wouldn’t be good for you or for us.
