4.0.2 What happens when I enter the wrong email address into my order?
If you enter the incorrect email address (or happen to make a type-o) then you will not receive the important tracking information, account instructions or electronic invoice of your order.
To resolve this problem you can log into the Customer Service area using the last name and (wrong) email address you put into the order. You will then be able to change the email address on the order to a real or correct one.
You can also access the tracking information through the same customer service log-in as above however if you made a type-o or entered a fake email address you will have no way to log into the customer service area.
We will have to wait until you contact us with a real email address before we can send you any information.
