1.0.4 What if I cannot access my account information?
If you have the correct user name and password - and still cannot access your listing information through the "Members Access" Area then most likely your Account has not been renewed.
All listings are for an annual period. Accounts that do not renew may continue to appear in the listings for some time but will have limited access and functionality.
Normally we continue to list non-renewed Members but they can no longer receive "Appraisal Requests" via our email service. Other options may no longer continue to function as well. To assure your listing is up-to-date and working correctly always renew in a timely fashion.
